Thrive the Holidays is a two-week program featuring daily check-ins, along with new at-home workouts and guided meditations every Monday through Friday from December 2nd-6th and December 9th-13th.
WILL I LOSE ACCESS AFTER 2 WEEKS?
No, you will have access to Thrive the Holidays through December 31st, 2024.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE PROGRAM?
After signing up, you’ll receive a welcome email with all the details, including a link to the Teachable program portal. Each day, you’ll login to teachable and there you will find your workout, meditation, and mindfulness practice. The daily check-in will also be on Teachable inside the Nourish Community.
HOW IS THE PROGRAM HOSTED?
Thrive the Holidays is hosted completely online through Teachable. All workouts, meditations, and materials are pre-recorded and accessible at your convenience. You’ll also have access to our exclusive Nourish Community for support and accountability throughout the two weeks.
I WORK FULL TIME AND HAVE KIDS. CAN I FIT THIS PROGRAM INTO MY BUSY SCHEDULE?
Absolutely! Thrive the Holidays is designed to be flexible for even the busiest schedules. Each workout is 20-30 minutes, and the guided meditations are around 10 minutes, allowing you to complete them at a time that works for you. Plus, the daily check-ins are short and manageable, helping you stay consistent without overwhelming your day.

Each workout lasts between 20 to 30 minutes, and the guided meditations are around 10 minutes. They’re designed to fit into even the busiest days, helping you stay active and centered without requiring hours of time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS A DAY?
No worries! The program is designed to allow you to go at your own pace. If you miss a day, you can catch up on your own schedule. You’ll have access to all program materials for an entire month after the program ends.
IS THIS PROGRAM SUITABLE FOR BEGINNERS?
Yes! The workouts are designed to be accessible to all fitness levels, with modifications for beginners. The focus is on staying active, enjoying movement, and building consistency, so you can progress at your own pace.
WHAT KIND OF EQUIPMENT DO I NEED FOR THE WORKOUTS?
The workouts are designed to be done at home with minimal equipment. A set of dumbbells or resistance bands will be helpful, but not mandatory. Many of the exercises use body weight, so you can adapt them to your level and what you have available.
DO I NEED TO FOLLOW A SPECIFIC MEAL PLAN DURING THE PROGRAM?
There isn’t a strict meal plan, but I’ll provide healthy holiday recipes and tips to support your goals. The focus is on creating a balanced, healthy approach to food, especially during a time of year when it can be challenging.
